CommissionerOnline.com is now part of Fanball.com and all league data has been converted.
If you are having trouble logging in to www.fanball.com, please note the following:
1. Username: Use the original league login that you normally used on the CommissionerOnline website.
2. Password: Your password is the same as your CommissionerOnline password. This can be modified once you login to your league.
3. Some league login names could not be transferred to Fanball.com since they were already in use. If your username and password are not being accepted, please try adding the characters "co" to the front of your CommissionerOnline league login name.
There should be no blank space between the "co" and the league login name.
If you still cannot log in successfully, please contact Fanball customer support by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page in the "Customer Service" links section.
Below are copies of the emails that have been sent to league commissioners regarding the CommissionerOnline-to-Fanball transition.
Email sent to League Commissioners on Wednesday, July 23, 2008,
with instructions for renewing your league for the 2008 NFL season and paying for it.
Dear Valued
Commissioner:
We have
completed the work to convert your league data to the Fanball system,
including your rosters and scoring system. If you haven't already, we
encourage you to log in and review your league setup.
EARLY BIRD SPECIAL GOOD THROUGH JULY 31:
In addition, you now may renew your league for the 2008 NFL season and pay
for it. We have extended the early bird
special renewal rate of $64.95 until Thursday, July 31, 2008, at 12 Midnight
CT. After this time, it will cost $69.95 to renew your league.
To
renew your league, please do the following:
1. Go
to www.fanball.com and login with your
username and password (from the email sent to you on July 3, 2008).
2.
Click on the "Renew My League Now" link in the yellow box at the
top of the page.
3.
Verify the price of the league that you are renewing and click NEXT.
4.
Complete your contact and payment information and click NEXT. You may pay
with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
5. Your
renewal will be processed and you will receive a confirmation screen.
The
rate for renewing additional leagues is $45.95. For leagues with independent
conferences, an additional $24.95 fee applies, and for jumbo leagues, an
additional $20 fee applies. These additional fees will be included
automatically in your league's price during the renewal process.
COMPLIMENTARY SUBSCRIPTION TO 2008 OWNER'S
EDGE NFL (a $29.95 value): After you have paid to renew
your league, your complimentary subscription to 2008 Owner's Edge NFL will be
activated within 48 to 72 hours. Access also will be activated for the
members of your league, provided that they have registered for Fanball.com and
joined your league.
As a
reminder, if you need assistance with your league, please go to Help and
click Contact Us. When you send an email through the Help link, you should
receive a response within 24 to 48 hours, and many times quicker. To ensure
that you receive email replies from Fanball, please add
sportsdesk@fanball.com to your email address book. You may also consider

with an overview and instructions for accessing your 2008 league via Fanball.com
Dear Valued
Commissioner:
Regarding
my previous email notice regarding our move to Fanball.com, I would like to pass along some more
information to help you with this transition. While your league data is being
converted to the Fanball
system, there are some operational differences between the CommissionerOnline.com and Fanball.com. First and foremost, you will have only one account for all your leagues
and services on the Fanball
site. This is currently being setup for you and you will use the
following logon information to login to your league or any other service on
the site:
username: test_username
password: your password is the team
password that corresponds to the league name in your username above
To
access your league, go to www.fanball.com
and login with this username and password. Click on "My Teams And
Leagues" and then click League Home. If you cannot remember your
password, click on the "Forgot Username/Password?" link and it will
be emailed to you.
Your
scoring system will be carried over along with your rosters and league
settings. We are currently in the process of moving all the league
configuration data over to the Fanball site and should have everything read
to go by next week. Please keep in mind that we are dealing with two
different systems; we are, however, confident that the transition will be
smooth with little discrepancies in league settings.
Commissioner
Controls will give you all of the tools you need to operate your league. You
may notice that your scoring setup is not complete. As mentioned above, it
will be automatically rolled over and updated next week, so please leave the
scoring blank.
Please
take a few moments to invite your team owners to join your league. To do
this, click Commissioner Controls, and then click Owners. Click the icon in
the "Add" column. Enter the Owner Name, the Owner Email, and click
"Check here to invite the owner." When you have entered all of this
information, click Add Owner. Team owners will receive an email invitation
with instructions on how to join the league. If the team owner does not have
a Fanball username, they will be instructed to create one.
At this
time, you will not have to renew the league in order to access it. In the
coming weeks, you will receive a request to renew your league and provide
payment.
If you
need assistance with your league, please go to Help and click Contact Us.

Over
the years, the staff at the CommissionerOnline
has pursued the goal of creating the most robust and powerful fantasy league
manager on the planet - a system that not only tracks every aspect of your
league, but helps each member of the league manage their own teams. In
doing so, we have reached out into new technical areas, expanding our

We are moving all the CommissionerOnline leagues to Fanball.com, adding features not
previously found on the Fanball site. On July 3, 2008 you will be able
to log into your new league, with most or all of your league settings in
place, along with rosters and other league information. Check out

information for CommissionerOnline
leagues.
